The seller must return the price paid by the consumer within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal notice,
if the goods have not yet been shipped to the customer.
Otherwise, the refund will take place within 14 days of returning the purchased item, always with notice of withdrawal via registered mail or certified e-mail (certified email).
When the consumer communicates that he wishes to exercise the right of return, he must undertake to send the physical good back to the seller who, once received, will refund the payment and also the delivery costs if applicable.
The refund must be made within 14 days of the seller receiving the goods back.
Exercising second thoughts, the consumer - who was not able to see and try the product because he purchased it
“remotely” – can, within 14 days of delivery, communicate to the seller (via registered mail or certified email) the intention

The consumer must, within the same period starting from the date of sending the communication, return the goods.
The goods are considered returned if they are sent before the expiry of this deadline.
The right to change your mind requires that the consumer does not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund.
The only exception is the cost of return shipping which will have to be paid by the consumer.
If you purchase a product in a store, you do not have the right to return it.
In physical stores there is no right of withdrawal.
