A deposit of €100.00 is required.

For the creation of carbon fiber insoles costing €250.00.

How to choose the right material for the construction of a custom-made insole. All the materials used to make your custom-made insoles are hypoallergenic,

tested and certified to come into direct contact with the skin.

All the coverings we use for custom-made insoles are antibacterial and breathable

and absorbent, designed for easy use and to reduce odors.

The choice of materials for the construction of an insole is a very important phase

which the specialized operator examines during the assessment.

We are talking about materials in the plural and not about the single material because our insoles have

the characteristic of being made from the combination and fusion of multiple materials

which are differentiated into:

elasticity, hardness, support, thickness

These characteristics mixed together create a warehouse of materials that can satisfy even the most demanding patient.

We divide the materials into 2 families: thermoformable and non-thermoformable.

The term thermoformable indicates a material that loses its shape with heat and therefore

it is capable of being shaped.

In this way all thermoformable materials if heated with the right means and times

and temperature can be modeled on a shape and with a sudden drop

of temperature acquire the desired shape.

The thermoformable materials are all EVA, resins and carbon fiber.

EVA is an expanded material that is made in different densities.

Density is that characteristic that creates a different support or a different elasticity.

Resins are very thin but rigid materials that have the task of giving a soul

of planting.

Carbon is a relatively new material.

Very few orthopedic workshops build carbon insoles due to its complex manufacturing.

Carbon is a material that comes in sheets of different thicknesses, when mixed with fibre

of glass, based on the percentages, its flexibility changes and therefore the processing and the final product.

The characteristic of carbon insoles is that they last significantly longer than others!

The higher cost of the finished product is actually a net saving on the customer's part

because you will have insoles that last longer over the years and have a clear saving in terms of amortization

The carbon insoles are light and thin, rigid but at the same time shaped

We are talking about material with minimum thicknesses even less than a millimetre, but this is no less important.

They have the task of supporting the hindfoot, and in enveloping insoles they contain the heel.

Carbon is used for thermoformable insoles.

The goal of this material is to obtain a very thin insole,

not bulky in perhaps even elegant footwear and be long-lasting.

In fact, the carbon insole can last more than five years.

Nora is a material that is very close to the characteristics of latex, the only difference being

which is thermoformable.

It is used in the creation of custom-made insoles for diabetic or rheumatic patients.
