MAGNETIC THERAPY WARRANTY EXTENSION up to 5 years

The warranty is extended up to 5 years on products that are registered online before the warranty expires; the request can be made only and exclusively through the website www.globuscorporation.com in the “MyGlobus” section.

Registration extends the duration of the warranty up to 5 years, is free and covers product defects relating to the electronic board and display, with the exclusion of all accessories subject to wear and tear (such as cables, batteries, solenoids, power supplies, battery chargers, keyboard, etc.) as long as it is used appropriately and maintained in normal conditions of efficiency.

The Warranty Extension is valid only for products purchased in Italy, Spain and Portugal from 1 February 2024 onwards and limited to the following models: Magnum 2500, Magnum XL Pro, Magnum 2 Pro Drive, Magnum 3000 Pro, Magnum 3500 Pro After having completed the product registration request, the user will receive a summary confirmation email.

When requesting assistance (during the warranty extension period), this form must be shown together with the tax document proving the actual date of purchase.
